think my amounts are correct...

2-3 cukes, peeled and sliced thin
1 small to medium red onion, sliced thin and halved
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dry or 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

chill for at least one hour

(you can adjust the sugar and salt to taste if necessary)

should yield about 4 nice servings

Thanks oneounce! That looks awesome, I never thought about adding sugar, it must give it a sweet and sour taste, I bet I'm going to love this! You know I will let you know! Thanks again!

It sure looks real good. Could have a sweet and sour taste or may be like bread and butter pickles. Got to try it everyone in my family likes cucumbers. :D
