Eric, I do not agree that there was any basis for deleting my thread "Increasing your post count". (For anyone interested, the item is also posted here). You admit it was not objectionable or not otherwise in compliance with forum rules. There are certainly many other threads that should have been deleted first.

And I'm not sure I am willing to agree to any long-term restrictions on my postings that do not apply to anyone else and that now seem to be designed to protect the fragile ego of an individual who is willing to make all kinds of false statements and attacks on others but is unable to handle the situation when true information about him is revealed.

I admit that I had previously asked that shiva be disciplined for his repeated bizarre allegations that I had a homosexual interest in him. I pretty much have always ignored his strange "know it all" "following", "obsesst" and similar comments. And it was clear that you were not willing to take serious action in response to my complaints which I understand is your right.

But my response was to look into public records and other information regarding shiva and, along the way, I became the recipient of additional information as well which provides considerable insight into his posting habits.

And the recent issue did not start with shiva and I each demanding that posts or threads be deleted -- it was shiva demanding that my factual posts be deleted and me objecting to that deletion. In fact, shiva was in the process of concocting yet another fictional story linking me to homosexuality and I was happy to have him continue on that path. Indeed, my response was to offer up some of the facts I had received about his public conduct to goad him on. And it was his panic at that information being revealed that caused the latest dust-up.

And the agreement is not at all equal -- in essence, I agreed to refrain from posting facts about shiva in return for his agreement not to post lies about me and I am still good with that. But if it is going to extend to me having to make sure that shiva's fragile feelings aren't hurt, I'm not going to stay on board.

So Eric, how many times has shiva talked about his support for "free speech" -- and you and I both know how much he really wants to suppress it when it doesn't agree with him or hurts his feeling. Maybe his hypocrisy hurts my feelings but you can't have every participant on the forums actiing like a baby.

So, you can delete this post and cancel my account. Or maybe let shiva make a response. And maybe even let "free speech" control what happens. I'm not asking for fair just not completely unfair. And I'm happy with any outcome that is clear.

He's just on a power trip. Plus shiva might be emailing him oh, 2 or 3 hundred times a day. I had a lot of my posts deleted for no reson I could see. Thats why I'm here now. I stopped my paper too.

I'm sure shiva has whined and complained all along about the least little thing. Mabye Barnes feels that he can resolve these conflicts in an amicable fashion which is not going to work in this case. Even if I was kicked off the forums, there will be more in my place. I'm beginning to conclude that shiva is a sociopath and he will simply no be able to get along.

I hope shiva does not come over here. I have never had words with him only cause I don't need to trade barbs with a nut case. I don't mind a good forum fight. It is kind of fun to me. Like when I was hammering jorgie. I had a blast, but after a while it does get a little tired. We need so more people over here to get some action started. lol

I think shiva is too busy working for his 10,000 posts over at the OSB to worry about anything else. If he came over here, he would find that there is no "mommy" (Eric Barnes) to go to cry to when he inevitable started to get picked on for being a troll.
