I found a story about a $250 million RICO suit against $cientology that also names Tom Cruise, considered by many the #2 to wierdo David Miscavage.

This is only one of a number of lawsuits that have been filed in an attempt to criple the $cientology cult's operations which include and are based on slave labor conditions, human trafficking, forced abortions, etc.
