Get some chicken breasts cut them up bit size. Get you pan hot throw in some olive oil and finly diced onion and as much Garlic as you want. I use a whole bulb. let that cook a min. Then add the chicken. cook that till it is done. Pull the chicken out. Now don't pure off the fat and oil you need that. get a can of cream of mushroom soup and pour into the pan and a little white wine and some real butter med heat. whisk together very fast. Keeps the fat and oil from seperating in the butter. When it's good and hot put some pasta on the plate (I like penne) put some of the chicken on the pasta then pour the sause over the top. Make a little garlic bread to go with it. Mix about 2 bulbs of freah finly chopped garlic. chop up some basil mix real butter with garlic and basil and some dried oragino. spread on some Cubin bread and toast in oven till brown. All very good.
